Employee at counter refused to take my order and walked away. Totally ignored me, I walked out and went somewhere else. This is 2nd time. Guess they don't serve senior citizens at this location.

We went through the drive through after running some errands. It started with the drinks. They hand them out the window we both got sweet tea.they were not sweet. We told them and they gave us new tea's they again were not sweet tea. But regular unsweetened tea. The buns on the sandwiches were hard and stale. The classic beef n cheddar was a joke. And the fries were not even warm. And no it was not due to the drive home. We started eating as we pulled out of parking lot.

We decided to go inside to eat around 6:30 pm because we wanted fresh food. Usually drive up and take home is usually cold. We ordered crispy chicken sandwich, 2 classic roast beef, 2 small fries and small mozzarella sticks. They had around 15+ sandwiches on what was supposed to be the warmer. That is where they picked up food as people ordered. We sat down to eat and our food and it was cold!!! I went to the counter and told the boy our food was cold. He said it was fresh because he saw them make it. Not possible! I also told him to tell the manager. Well the manager said nothing to us! As we were leaving we stopped at the counter to get a bag for an extra roast beef we ordered. The manager was counting a box of money sitting on the counter 2 feet from where we were standing!?! They had locked the doors before we left so apparently they closed at 7:00 pm. We tried Arby's because we thought they may have cleaned their act, guess not! Won't be back!

The minimum age to work at an Arby's seems to be 16, but you could always ask your local location about their hiring policy
Still customers should have been compensated in some way...we already pay ridiculous prices for your food (which we love mind you) ...the food not the prices just my thoughts on how an honest establishment would want to show their customers they do care ...again js
