My grandma took her dog here and did not have a great experience. She paid $75 for grooming and a new leash. Her dogs nails were not cut and ears not cleaned. Prior to the new owners she and I both took our dogs here and we always had a good experience, with it being reasonably priced as well. Neither of us will be coming back here. I can understand having an off day, but paying $75 for a 25 lb dog to be groomed and then to not have everything done they said would be done?? It feels a lot like being taken advantage of.
