I had double cataract surgery done. My left eye came out fine but my right eye I knew immediately something was wrong it felt totally different than from my left eye right after and during the surgery. I continuously tried to tell them something was not right with it as it was healing and that it hurt worse and is still Iike looking through a cloud in my right eye after surgery but they just did not listen and to this day it's like as if I didnt have surgery on my right eye. It still feels like I have something in it and I'm looking through a cloud . Plus I still can't see to read out of either and need glasses. Dr grawbow did both surgeries and sorry it hurt bad while getting them done unlike they told me and I did care what was happening again unlike they tell you that they will give you meds so you won't and I tried telling them but doctor said you shouldn't be feeling pain or care it was horrible and I still have no real vision in my right eye and not good vision in my Left . So would not recommend this place to no one sorry had and continue to have horrible vision and feels like I have something to my right eye all the time DO NOT GET SURGERY DONE HERE

If you plan on picking this place for your surgery I would advise you not to the worst unprofessional unorganized staff the words Escape me to say the least I will be contacting my insurance company filing a written complaint to the medical board they need more people who was bad experiences to hold them accountable for wasting people's time

The doctor and staff are fine. I just wish the place was not so dingy. I have never seen the bathroom clean and the floors need to be swept and mopped. A bit of landscaping and windex on the entry doors would help as well.

Would rate 0/5 stars but that 1/5 is the lowest it goes. This business is not ADA compliant. During the phone call a couple days prior to my mom's appointment, it was confirmed that there would be an ASL interpreter. When I came in with my mother (who is Deaf) to her appointment, there was not an interpreter there and staff said that it is not their responsibility to provide one. They said it was my mother's responsibility and that she should go through her primary care doctor to get an interpreter. It is never the responsibility of the disabled person to do that. Under Title III of the ADA, it is the responsibility of the business who is providing a service to the public to take the responsibility and cost of hiring an interpreter for their patients. Staff was not compassionate to this issue and could not care to find a remedy to it. Thankfully I am fluent in ASL but that is not my job and should not have to happen.
