Literally one of the worst locations I have ever been to. It opens at 8AM, the physician doesn’t arrive until 8:15 to open up and then asked me to wait, he then later tells me that I could not be seen until I am checked into the system and unfortunately the front desk clerk was not there to do that so I would have to wait for someone to show up before I could be seen. Just very unprofessional and this practice doesn’t seem like it is in business to actually help urgent matters. I might as well go to the hospital because they provide the same service. If you are vomiting and don’t require any type of pain medicine I recommend Teladoc because urgent care is certainly not an urgency to the people that work there.

Yesterday I came in for my APPOINTMENT only to find out there were no "certified technicians" that can basically watch me pee! Why didn't anyone call me instead of wasting my time or my gas? I guess there weren't any people available to CHECK THE APPOINTMENTS. Now I am here for my SECOND ATTEMPT at this appointment. My appt was set for 9am. I arrived at 845. Guess what? Still sitting here waiting. Because you know I have absolutely nothing else I have to do today but sit in their waiting room with their disgruntled faces and lack of customer service.

They are hard to contact but I would say if you have the time wouldn't hurt to go in and ask if they don't they maybe able to tell you the best place to go. My experience has been very helpful there so I think if they can't help you they will know where you can go sooner than October

I went there to take a drug test for a job it did not go under insurance but I can't tell you that everybody was very polite and welcoming I recommend this place highly
Yes but i wouldn't go here. Rude ass people from here to Altamonte. They changed my personal infor on my medical record and won't change it back.
