Doctor is great and answers my questions. I have no issues with the doctor whatsoever. However, the office is extremely poorly managed with non-existent communication. They cancelled my appointment when I got to the office the day of the appointment because they waited until the last minute to find out I needed a referral to do a follow up that had been scheduled a year ago. They claimed to have attempted to reach out to me regarding my appointment on Friday 2 days before my appointment. However, I can tell no one outside of my known contacts had called me on that day and no voicemails were left, so either they called the wrong patient or they are outright lying to me about attempting to call me as the only message I have received for them is an appointment reminder over the weekend. This is something the office should have checked far before the weekend of my appointment, which the front staff admitted should have been done weeks prior. This is the second time that they have messed up my appointment and am beyond displeased as I have to take time off of work to make the appointments that are either not scheduled correctly or are cancelled literally at the last minute. So unless you have a flexible schedule, I can’t really say I recommend this office.

The office staff the doctors all the way down to the gentleman who fit me with glasses everyone was extremely professional and kind it made my day go well.. I would highly recommend Magruder Eye Institute in Apopka to anyone looking for eyeglasses or Eye Care in general. Thank you Doctor glass you were very professional and thorough. It was a pleasure to do business with you God bless
