The McFlurry…….. I never complain about food joints because I know how hard they work (most employees) and have been a manager for everything from fast food to fine dining. Quite frankly I’m sick of this McDonald’s. The number of times I’ve had food missing, incorrect items, sloppy food, and rude staff. Tonight was no exception. I pull up to the window and was immediately told it was cash only. So I run to an ATM and come back. As I’m sitting in line I thought I overheard the lady tell the car in front of me that she just cleaned the machine and it was down for the night. I thought to myself, “I have to be hearing things.” So it’s my turn to order and sure enough, she tells me the exact same thing. It’s 9:45pm……and you’re denying customers a service because you thought you would clean the machine early and just tell people it was “down”? I’m not here to put anyone in particular in blast nor call anyone out by name. What I am here to say is that this McDonald’s has had issues since I moved to Lynchburg 7 years ago and quite frankly needs an entire staff revamp and Managers that will not allow this to happen.

If you love eggshells with a side of sandwich than this is the place for you. Guess that's why the prices went up. In all seriousness, I get that it happens but WHY does it happen EVERY time I get breakfast there. I know you seen that whole egg shell man. I know you did.

I ordered a fish sandwich and this is what they gave me. The fish itself was stale and cold. DO NOT GO THERE!! And they were out of coke a cola but it doesn't matter because even that is always nasty!!!!! They never seem to clean out the coke machine. This place is the absolute worse
