I came to this practice as a new patient a couple weeks ago. Did the usual review of medical history and was asked ifI had any symptoms or concerns. I did. We agreed we should run blood work to see what's happening. The blood work was not covered and was labeled as NOT preventative costing me quite a bit more money. When I asked about this they said it can only be done as a wellness visit. So. I'm a new patient and haven't had a wellness visit in a while with pandemic and life being busy. I'm extremely unhappy with the lack of suggestion for a wellness visit especially when I had concerns. You want to know your doctor has your back and looking out for you with regards to insurance. These days insurance is tricky and they work with it all the time. My other women Dr wouldn't send me to a visit that's not covered. I was so upset I spoke to the office manager and she showed no empathy what so ever.

Dr Chan and all his staff are first rate. I was referred to him because I have had severe contact dermatitis for 2 years. He is treating the cause and not just the symptoms as others have done. You can always reach someone in the office. Dr Chan always knows your history before he walks in the door and he always has a plan. They are an excellent team and I feel well cared for there. I HIGHLY recommend.
