Waited 3 weeks for installation. Waited all day for installers. No one came. No one called. No one contacted me. I called. Told to reschedule in tor three weeks later. No thank you.

Great experience working with Jared in the Geek Squad Saturday 12/11/21 morning at the Acworth, GA store. Much appreciated. Helped get me headed in the right direction with an Apple Watch I could not unlock. Great ambassador of customer service.
