Even though they were short staffed, we really received great service. The portions were smaller but good. The server let us know ahead of time that it would be a delay due to the staff shortage and that was very appreciated. Our server also brought our utensils in hot water which was awesome!!!

I really had a taste for pancakes that evening. I walked And I couldn't help but to notice the cook who looked like a twelve-year-old boy. And although it was very busy I ordered a short stack.I figured how long can it take to make 3 pancakes. I ended up waiting 40 mnts. what can I say I really had a taste for Pancakes.

Everything was great. Our server was very kind as well. I'm not a IHOP fan but this may change my mine.

Our waitress AJ was so wonderful!!! The food however was either warm or cold. I'm NOT a fan of a room temperature omelette. Nor room temperature eggs that was supposed to be scrambled medium but were scrambled almost hard. The coffee was warm and not good at all. Not happy at all. We haven't had IHOP in a really long time and wanted breakfast for lunch. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!😔☹️

The reason that these conditions exist is because the paying customer doesn't demand better. Who stays in an environment that you are not comfortable? Never spend money anywhere you're not satisfied!
I was told they were short staffed when I was there. Seperate occasion they don't answer phone nor honor their curbside service had to go in after ordering 30mins in advance and waiting an additional 15 mins
