The apartments is small property, total electric and the right price for what cobb county is gone up in the last two years, when I see roaches reviews and staff reviews, it's crazy because. I everyone have been at home due to covid, some people don't clean at the expectation of what cleaning means , don't care, they trow trash and everywhere . Don't know the meaning of respect , they talk to people any type of way, employees are hard working people to deal with others is hard, when they also have a life and trying to make a leaving for their own family as well.

I live here for 6 years I don't hear gun shots and drama as much as I'm use to but you still will get some gun shots sometimes. The police are always here. It’s starting to be fairly quiet. They did paint the outside and are trying to do some upgrades to thier property so I'm assuming that's why rent is going up extremely fast. It is definitely a ROACH MOTEL and not worth what is being charged for rent. I have an older model apartment so it looks horrible!!! This property change property managers and office people so much. These 5 stars are FAKE and made up accounts. YOUR WATER WILL BE SHUT OFF VERY OFTEN!! WITHOUT NOTICE!!! The water is shut off a few times each week! Make sure you keep a lot of water bottles. I have had so much happen here. I could go on and on!.... Maintenance is only one guy who are between 3 different properties so don’t hold your breath waiting on him. These people could careless about our living conditions. They are just here for a check!

The staff are rude and very disrespectful and the apartments are Roch infested and they over charge you for the rent and they don't like fixing nothing up and they try to tell you what to do in your apartment

What do y’all go to work and do? I’ve been calling since y’all opened . Property Owner don’t even respond it’s pointless and bad business and no I don’t want to call again for concerns to get the voicemail.
