The post service is very hit or miss, especially over the last 1-2 years. I have family sending me letters that get returned to them saying that the address is not found. We've lived here for almost 8 years. Also, there will be times when we don't get any mail for a week, then we will get a full mailbox one day. Almost like they were holding the mail. This issue needs to be fixed. There are numerous complaints on the Nextdoor app, too. Who do I need to make a complaint to? How do we get this resolved?

I have never lived in a location with such a horrible postal service. The drivers have zero concern for the customer and in fact do everything possible to make it more difficult on the customer. My packages never get dropped off due to no turn around. Mrs post carrier, please tell me how many houses you deliver to that have a half moon driveway? And many more excuses. They need to clean house and start over with someone who actually wants to work.

Our mailman is horrible. This is the one that drives the white Subaru with the blue front. We got a packageand instead of putting it on our porch, he pounded it into the mailbox with his fist leaving them halfway out of our mailbox and broke our mailbox in the process. I do not pay postage and taxes to USPS to have my packages destroyed and my mailbox broken.

I'm just wondering. How much of our mail are we not getting. Packages are easy to track. We definitely know when and if we get them. Other mail though, who knows. Summer 2019 I had a package delivered to a wrong address. I was being nice when I told them they didnt have to compensate me for my order. Now, winter 2020. My package says delivered but, never recieved. I'm glad I still have my receipt and information from 2019. They will compensate me for both orders. The order I didnt receive today(01/31/20) was a fairly expensive order!!
