Could we maybe have Juro (with the shaggy hair) smile, or say hello, or show energy, or participate with the rest of the class maybe? Here is how my checkout interaction was me: *places stuff on belt* Juro: *resting b face* scans stuff, no greeting Juro: *huffs in air like an annoyed teenager* says: $12.56 *resting B face resumes* and then they struggle to push the bag carousel so that I can grab my bag. Huffs and puffs then walks one step closer to their register as they roll their eyes. *rbf intensifies* Me: *Checks the name tag and walks away* I do not expect a parade when I shop here but it would be nice to be treated with human decency or acknowledgment. I'm 27, back when I worked customer service in 2013 there was a certain expectation to smile, be polite, and treat people like we're happy or at least tolerant to see them. I mean if Juro could just show 10% of that effort It might make shopping here comfortable for me and others again.

Love the new set-up and all the new household items they have now!! But really need to change their order system they're always out of everyday items in grocery and general merchandise!!!
