Their dedication and care for the business and their team members is evident in the results that their many happy clients get, including myself. You truly can’t go wrong with any of their talented stylists. I feel blessed to have discovered Mosaic many years ago when I purchased a silent auction certificate that they donated to help with a community fundraiser. It speaks to the kind of people Mike and Kiri are and to the excellence that they draw out in anyone that is part of their team. I have trusted my tresses to Mike through the years, even now when I lost my hair due to chemotherapy. His compassion and care during this difficult time has been a blessing beyond what I can express in words. Can’t say enough good things. Mosaic is the place to go!!

It’s been a year since I came here. My hair is STILL extremely damaged. I went in to lighten my black box dye hair to my natural dark brown. I was transparent that I used black box dye a year prior when dealing with depression, and missed my natural hair color. I went in for a consultation where they gave me a price, when I went in for my appointment they charged me more. When I asked why they said for the color remover, which they should’ve known in the consult. I went in and paid $300+, my hair color was not lightened at all but did get a good haircut. I expressed that my hair color didn’t change at all and went in the next day. The next day a manager did my hair. I told him the same, I wanted dark brown hair. He started to add bleach from my shoulders down giving me a balayage, when I wanted my full head of hair dark brown. I also never had a strand test done to see how my hair would've reacted to the bleach. He wasn’t using foils and just slapped it on. When my hair dried I was genuinely shocked as there was a clear line where my hair went black to orange. I went to a different salon where they were shocked to what this place did. The ends of my hair are still extremely damaged a year later, using only Olaplex products. Just save your money and don’t go here. EDIT In response to owner: I made fixes to my post to add detail on the black box dye. I just wish you would’ve said “I can’t do this” when I asked for dark brown instead of ruining my hair. Again, it’s been a year and I’m still dealing with this. The next salon fixed my hair color to dark brown in 1 visit but could not fix the damage from the botched bleach job. Please own up to your mistakes instead of being passive aggressive.

I love Mosaic so much, from the very first visit I felt super welcome there and surrounded by friendly people. Receptionists are always helpful and sweet, and my stylist Taylor always does a wonderful job. She’s always considerate of working with my budget and helping to make my hair beautiful! I don’t know if I would ever consider a different salon. Prices are also very reasonable for the time and skills for the service.
