We haven't been here in awhile and they have renovated the restaurant which is great and the ambience totally different. The best part was the "outstanding customer service" that was provided by SHANNON. Ask for her next time, as the food was great and her suggestions for sauces and rubs were spot on. We'll be back for the wings specials and to see her! APPLAUSE and go BWW!

We've been to this location quite a few times and have never had to wait. They usually are pretty busy so I guess we just get lucky. The wings are great with many different ways to have them prepared. My favorite is the fried pickles. The service has been great every time we have been there. I really don't have any complaints. Even when we order take out for events like superbowl the process is pretty smooth.

Food was average. Wedge salad was made with whole romaine lettuce heads, instead of iceberg and was very hard to eat. Had almost no ingredients either. Our tables they eventually put together in the bar (after moving us from a tiny booth for 6 bigger people) were so wobbly that I kept spilling my drink trying to cut my romaine heads with the dull butter knife. We even tried to put napkins under the legs to fix with no luck. We wanted to move to a different table, but everything seemed to be dirty. Wings weren't bad. The nachos were good. Our server was very nice, friendly and accommodating. He tried his best although he was very busy and even had to pour the beer for our table instead of bartender. He was helpful, even the small things like he brought us water while we waited for unsweetened iced tea to brew. Times are tough right now and I'm beyond aware of that. That's also why we didn't complain. I don't normally say anything, but I feel as if you should know. Your server was the best part of the experience, but some of the food and facilities upkeep were lacking.
