My husband uses Enterprise in Tullahoma when he travels for work. They do an okay job if you consider the fact this location is not in a large city. There are normally only one or maybe 2 people available to assist you so make sure you are early to pick up a car or you may end up running late. Saturdays they are only open until 12p. The last time we used them we were not aware and missed the pickup time. (Usually we pick up on weekdays) we called and moved the date to the following Monday knowing he would have to be there within the 1st hr of them opening to make it to his meeting on time. When he arrived they asked him to wait because they were short on cars and luckily someone had just dropped one off and they would get it ready quickly for him. My main issue is what if that car hadn't arrived first thing that morning?? What would he have done then? There was no warning when he rescheduled his pickup that they may not have a vehicle ready. For the most part though he doesn't have issues with a car being available. The selection is not large so don't expect an awesome ride. Occasionally you may get lucky and get a pretty nice (looking) vehicle but don't cross your fingers. Again for the city size I would say they do an okay job. The only other options locally to rent from would be the few car dealerships that offer rentals.

I've rented from this location a handful of times. It's hit or miss whether you'll get a car in good or clean condition or not. Once I returned the keys to the overnight drop box in the morning but my receipt shows that I dropped it off in the evening and was charged for the extra time.

Update: enterprise did contact me and helped to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with their customer service. Thank you. Scheduled to pick up our vehicle at 730am. Was told they meant to call, but forgot. Did not get our vehicle until after 830. They had to go pick it up, bring it to our location (enterprise), and then clean it. We were delayed for nearly 2hrs on a 700mile road trip. There was mud inside on back of the passenger seat, no rear headrests, and very low tread on the tires.
