I have eaten at Wingstop very frequently. When ordering via UberEats, items are always missing (so much so to the point to where I can’t even get a refund anymore). Last night I ordered two whole combos, and were missing the sides (other times I would be missing an entire order or be shorted in some capacity). I spoke with the manager “Coffee” (I’m not sure if this is how her name is spelled), and she is absolutely sweet, transparent, and made every attempt to rectify the situation was explored. She agreed to have a remake of the order. When calling today to have the same order remade, the person who initially answered the call was rude and unprofessional and almost refused to even check to see if Coffee was working today. The current manager Chris did not follow the instructions for the remake, and even so much so was about to give me the remake without properly verifying everything was there, (I had to remind my UberEats driver to check and relayed the information to me). Upon receiving the remake, it still was incorrect. Given that I do not have a vehicle to readily just go pick up the food, I have to rely on delivery services or actually taking an Uber to get there, and then head back. At this point, I’m only ordering if Coffee is working. Otherwise, the other people at this location have a lot to learn about customer service and making sure that orders are correct.

Unprofessional. Order wasn’t up to my expectations & I received the wrong flavor. Cashier did not seem to care about customer service & manager was very loud

My husband ordered wings online at 7pm. He went to pick them up and waited for over an hour for his food. They took over 2 hours to make his order. This was at the Altamonte Springs,Fl location. Worst experience at wingstop since they opened.

legit waited 15 on hold to order. I decided to go into the restaurant and more waiting… smh meanwhile management on the computer.
