My review is only for removal of dip + nail extension. Unfortunately this is the worst experience I've ever had with removal - they went incredibly low with their tools, and ended up removing way too many layers of my real nail which has never happened before. I only get my nails done a few times a year, and always just get them removed at a salon and put on regular polish + a strengthener. I've never had an experience like this - I left the salon with my nailbeds red and splotchy, I had to cut my nails because they were insanely weak and brittle, even now (days later) my nail bed is sensitive and not strong at all. I can't speak to their other services, but I can't recommend this business for any removal if you value your natural nails.

I love thay its not crowded and i can actually RELAX when i go. They do good nails as well, dim lighting and relaxing music.
