This place is filled with lackadaisical peeps. Four consecutive coffees that tasted like there were grounds or they just don't swrl in the flavors syrups at all...3 consecutive times the "toasted" sandwiches were flabby and gross...now last 4 times they just don't have sunrise batch. They are the only dunkin in town so only option for somewhat affordable coffee. They need to get their act together. Work harder and better. You're job is ez compared to most restaurants. Thanks.

We were regulars for years but quit going due to the inconsistent service and coffee/pastries. From a management perspective it just seemed like a bit of a mess, the workers didn't know that they were doing and there didn't seem to be anyone around to guide them. The end result was that sometimes you got what you ordered and sometimes you didn't.

Quick and kind service! I bring my dog through the drive thru for a treat before we go somewhere. The people who work here always show him love. I have had most of all my orders correct over the years. The only time something is slightly different is if someone new is training, and that is completely reasonable. We all have to start somewhere.
