Very helpful customer service! Tracy understood my problem with a package being delivered to the wrong address! She quickly found where the package was delivered, one of my neighbors accidentally! I ran over there and found the package! No harm no foul!

Yes it most certainly does.
No we do not accept UPS packages or FedEx packages, sorry. Now if your prepaid label has an F01 in BOLD or a V•• with two numbers behind the V and in BOLD we do accept those. For UPS you can drop them off at CVS in Wauchula and behind Wauchula State Bank they have a FedEx and UPS Dropbox. I hope this helps.
