This my friends is a dangerous church. Hiding within plain sight for years within the capital region. Not because of the sermons that are preached but because of the grossly unregulated small groups and ministries within this church. You’ll find a lot of cult like behavior, fundamentalist extremist views that are very dangerous, and anti vaccination materials circulating. They even offer “counseling” from leaders and members who have no formal degree in counseling or behavioral health. Failure to refer members for help or service when it is outside of their scope of practice and knowledge. A lot of health misinformation is circulated between members and even from the small group and ministry leaders . Being an attendee for years and finally leaving, I can now see how carefully I was groomed by members to stay within the cult and not seek relationship with any “unbelievers” for a reason. They don’t want you thinking for yourself. Be very cautious and careful if you choose to get involved or attend the groups within this church. I would say attending may even be a public health risk judging by the amount of unvaccinated families I ran into over the years. Scary this day in age!

No place I'd rather be on a Sunday morning. Beautiful message and music without fail every week in this Christ centered fellowship. Great resources for small groups on various subjects. Check out the website for more information. A great place for those are curious about Christianity or just came to faith which was me when I walked in 4 years ago or been doing this a while. All are welcome!

Life goes on.
I think there are some preliminary discussions that are had prior to baptism. Call them pre-qualifications if you like.
