you have to check in at a kiosk with no real people around. you have no way of being seen that day, if the slots are full - even if not of the people who made appointments are there.

Depends on the reason for the visit. For standard checkups it is between $100 - $150 without insurance. On their webpage they have a price sheet.
It depends on what you are being seen for and if you were using insurance or not. I was able to use my insurance and my normal copay of $10 applied
