If I give a zero I would. My daughter and I had appointments for the same time. I waited about 30 minutes to get my cleaning with Rosy. She was great, she always give my cleaning. After my cleaning was completed we still waiting for my daughter to be called back after waiting 2 hours she still has called. The lady at the front desk stated they were really behind and there is nothing she can do and does know when she would be called. However this is repeat problem with the pediatric dentist. There is always problem with the dentist being behind with patients. I had to reschedule the appointment. But I'm finder another dentist cause this is ridiculous.

I’m a 39 year old woman, riddled with anxiety. It took me awhile to work up the nerves to have my filling and crown down but now, I wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Pham was AMAZING, caring, down to earth and so knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable, so at ease and confident in her. I could use a million other adjectives about Dr. Pham and her assistant, Rosey but I think you get my point. I never want to do anymore dental work BUT, if I ever do, Dr. Pham will be my go to. Thank you, again :)

Actually, waiting 30+ minutes happens to new or returning patients. If the service you get in the chair is much better than the hassle of getting there from the waiting room it may be a good tradeoff.

Don't go!! The dentist is rude, the office staff is not capable of doing the job and you have to wait long despite having an appt
Honestly I'm unsure this is their corporate office. Give them a call & they will advise you
I can't seem to locate it on google or their website. May have to keep tryin them and ask once you get a hold of them. That's really strange if they don't have one.
