If you want to have a passager you need to have a driver license and kids at 11 and up can drive alone and it goes pretty fast

They close at 9pm unless the weather is bad and the rounds are about 4 minutes each lap, the track is a mile long and the cars waver. They have the junior cars that are for the children of 11-15 they have the double cars that are 16 and over but they can only drive with a passenger if the driver is 18 and the passenger is 11 or less with the exception of people with special needs. .. And the fastest car (the indy ones) that you need a driver's license ... Now let's talk about the prices each lap is $ 4 minus the indy which are $ 5 but if you want more than one lap we have 6 laps for $ 21 in the juniors and double, for the indy it is 5 laps for $ 21 and if you are still not satisfied we have the option of the bracelet that is 11 laps for the person who puts it on, the price of the bracelet is $ 22.50 for juniors and double, the bracelet for the indy is $ 27.75 ..... No, i saw nothing about weight restroctions but tyere age restroctions and a smaller track for children. The main track had single seats. Hope this helps...

I believe they have a small beginner track for smaller children. They also have double seat cars so a parent and child can ride together. My children were 8 and 9 and my 9 year old drove her own car
