It's been a while since I used the laundry. It was more run-down on some levels, which was a little surprising. The GOOD NEWS is that they have new coin operated machines! That saved me because I didn't have my card, which used to be the only way you could do laundry there, and the dispensing machine didn't work. (My dryer at home broke). The dryer worked great! It cost $3. I didn't use the washers.

Filthy dirty! Most of the machines are out of order. Poor layout and sad decor. Looks like the owners are lazy and don't care about their customers. It won't be long before there won't be any more quarters to collect due to the lack of maintenance.

Every week I go there something new is broken and the next week something new is fixed. I see a continuous effort to make things right.. There is alot that can go wrong with the amount of traffic and many washer s and dryers change machines snack machines ect. If you never have been there before you may have picked a day where more is down than up and that can be disappointing. However I see it weekly and know there always fixing cleaning and trying so I felt obligated to leave a five star review. One never knows what it takes to run business unless you yourself have ran it and know. Its easy too find things wrong when not around to see the continuous effort. I have been to more laundromats than I can count. Im happy to have a staff member most do not a table to sit at a t.v. comforting environment my kids love that they decorate for the holidays. I have seen a few shady people come in and ruin the bathroom or make it uncomfortable and so I will remind you your in belfair. The bathrooms were shut down before probably vandalized but to my surprise they were up and running again new lock and everything. Thank goodness because I spend about three to four hours in there doing laundry large family and dropcloths for our business. Thank you for your continuous effort plant life lol! We enjoy our time doing laundry there and thats saying alot! Who likes doing laundry with three kids. I would say I do now not so bad claim burgers right next door for food and you can clean your car all at the same time.

Please don't do business here until they overhaul their business. I came here 1.5 years ago when I first moved to Belfair. Machines hardly worked and when a washing machine stopped working on me half cycle I was done and started going to a new laundry mat near my work...today I just got back from a vacation and didn't want to drive 40 minutes to my regular place so I decided to give them another shot since so much time had passed. I paid $5 for a card (which is astronomical for a card) and loaded $20 for my laundry. That card was defective and I essentially wasted $25 because all of the machines said 0.00 balance and the card machine wouldn't read the card. I called to try to get my money back (there was no attendant there even though it was only 3pm) and a nice lady explained to me that the attendant should be around, that she was just there. She texted her and called me back and asked if I could come back the next day for my money. She also explained that the new batch of cards she got was very temperamental...so my thought is why in the world are you intentionally selling faulty cards to your customers like it's not an issue!! They basically stole my money and I have to take another trip to POTENTIALLY get the money back. I have never seen an attendant on that property and was shocked when I had my phone call answered. So moral of the store don't trust this place at all. They are not worth the headache and are potentially scamming their customers.
