Whatever you do, don’t show up during nap time at this place. If you have 1 item on top of great metal that they don’t want to handle, they punish you for waking them up by sending you to the place next door. If you get lucky and pass their tough judgement of metal and they actually help you, don’t count on seeing your weight until after you get your ticket. I’m pretty sure that the state requires a display to be easily seen at all times. At least they act that way when the state is there to inspect their scales probably because of complaints. Yeah their prices are really good, but if you’re not getting paid for what you really have, is that higher price better? Ever since the last owner passed away a few years ago this place has been a joke. Save your time and don’t get frustrated. Hit the place next door or make the drive to Titusville. At least you won’t have to worry about waking up the staff and you can see your weights without having to ask permission. Now I get to wait for a response from the owner defending their joke of a business like they have done with every other less than average review. Gotta love seeing the great customer service of arguing with their customers on a public forum like this!

Good experience, they helped unload my aluminum. The prices are fair. There was a small issue, but the guy at the counter corrected it. Keep in mind they don't accept anything a magnet sticks too. I was going to bring a few tons of steel but when I asked the prices for steel one of the workers advised me they don't accept steel. I would go here again.
