Service Manager and Department is providing excellent customer service thus far! Our 2016 XTS Caddy is in for drivetrain troubleshooting issue. The problem has been verified and now being diagnosed for the repair. We previously had taken our XTS to a different Caddy Dealership for Service for same problem. However the first dealership failed to verify, acknowledge and address the problem. The first dealership treated me rude and condescending and seemed not to care. Currently Ed Morse is providing us a courtesy vehicle at no cost to us for the duration. Hopefully further good news will be coming soon of our XTS has been repaired and we will be happily down the road. But will be back under better circumstances. Picked up successfully repaired XTS today. Awesome service experience we will return as regular customers. Many thanks to Service Manager Carlos M., Service Advisor Mike M. and the Service Technician Job well done!

My car was there for 11 days before you could work on it.

Our sales rep Jonathan was great, friendly, and courteous. Went to look at a used car listed online and were 100% ready to buy. Then the sales manager comes back with a “reconditioning fee” of over $2000 added on top of price that was listed online. Said it was for repairs made to the vehicle. When I asked why would you have to pay for repairs on a car that still was under warranty and why wouldn’t that be listed in the price online? He changed the subject to why I wanted more on my trade? This after he offered me $3500 less for my trade than we were offered at another dealership. We got up and walked out as he continued mumbling running his mouth.

I just left the Brandon Cadillac dealer. I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation for $69.95 online for my Cadillac. Once I was checking out, the service advisor Michael Murphy said that my price is much higher if I use my GM points and charged me separately for the tire rotation adding an extra $24.95 and $20 more for the oil change ($89.95). I selected online to use my GM rewards points when I scheduled for both services to be performed for a total of $69.95. It’s deceptive business practices to allow for me to pay cash (which I was told I could still do and not even be charged for the the tire rotation- ONLY if I paid cash) and the oil change would be $20 less in addition, but using my rewards points, they charged me $114.90 RO #232437 Michael had his “manager Carlos” relay the same information he told me saying their system doesn’t allow for dollar for dollar points transferability which doesn’t make sense when you can literally book the service online and select to use your GM rewards points. I would highly suggest staying away from this dealership since they use illegal and deceptive business !!

Our car wash hours mirror our service hours which are currently Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 6pm, and Saturday from 8am - 3pm.
You shouldn't have any maintenance fees until your warranty runs out. I have a powertrain warranty only on my car but service has been great to me. Now if something electrical breaks I need to pay for that out of my pocket. So far recently I had to replace an oil pressure solenoid ($535) and replace my Cadillac Cue ($1300). I also need to include they replaced my torque converter and water pump and they did not charge me anything bcuz of my powertrain warranty. Both are major maintenance jobs and are expensive repairs. 2013 Cadillac ATS luxury w/ 90k + miles.
Our service and parts center are open Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 6pm, and Saturday from 8am - 3pm.
