Dr. Sarah is great ! All the staff are very nice including the office and the nurses as well. Never have had a bad experience with them and have been seeing them for the past 9 years now! My mom used to go here before then and Dr. Sarah still asks about her and remembers things even when she only sees you once or twice a year.

Does this office accept Humana HMO or PPO?
No they do not. I have medicaid but still use him as my primary. I do self pay which is $51 per visit. They see me every 3 months. Medicaid covers everything else including bloodshot medicines and referrals dr Martinez gives me
