Really nice park. We use this as a home base for bike rides on the area. Bathrooms, water fountain, bike pump and access to bike trails- everything we need!

Cool little spot to see the lush green tree tops. Won’t be able to see the lake but plenty of huge spiders.

It is a trail head for the lake Apopka Loop Trail. There is plenty of hiking, if you want. Free parking, pavilion, and facilities. Pet friendly, with water, and pick- up bags.

Do you have to hike to the tower, or are you able to drive? I am disabled enough that a far walk isn't in the cards for me.

It's maybe 500 feet from parking to tower.

Yes there are restrooms @ the trailhead.
