I have always had stellar customer service experiences, but I must give a shout out with my most recent. My cpap machine stopped working on the last day of vacation before the Labor Day weekend. I contacted Hometown Health on Tuesday regarding my situation and was told exactly what I needed from my provider to initiate a repair/replacement request. The rep told me that she would start processing the order pending the request from my provider. I was contacted by Thursday informing me that I could pick up the loaner cpap or have it delivered on Monday. I opted to pick it up as I wanted to restart sleep therapy ASAP. The process was seamless and I was able to resume therapy within one week. A great big thank you to the wonderful customer service reps and respiratory technicians that enabled me to resume my sleep therapy with minimal interruption!

Showed up 6 mins late to my appointment, after calling to let them know. (I had a sick kid that I needed to get from school) they said since it was past their 5 min grace period they could reschedule me out another 4 months! This place is a joke. Glad I didn't give them a dime!

These folks are like hound dogs after the scent of insurance money. They pester you relentlessly to fill your cpap supplies. Didn't call once though when Phillips cpap machine was on recall. Months later, when I found out and called them, they offered no assistance. They've been open by appointment only since Covid. They appear to have zero customer service skills and only want the $. I'm looking for a new supply provider. You should too.

You would think they would wear masks considering it’s a doctors office and we’re experiencing a spike in Covid cases yet the secretary was walking around with her mask under her chin. Didn’t feel very safe at all.

We do deal with Medicaid, but unfortunately we do not carry lift chairs. Have you tried Northeast Mobility?
Hi Sandy, I’m sorry, we do not carry blood pressure cuffs. Currently, our focus is on home sleep and respiratory therapy equipment.
I’m very sorry, we do not.
Hi Debbie, thank you for your question. I’m sorry, but we do not.
Hi, thank you for thinking of Hometown Healthcare. We no longer carry these items since our primary focus is now respiratory home-care products and services. However, you may want to contact Northeast Mobility in Albany, Marra’s in Cohoes, or Lindsay Drug in Troy. All the best.
Thank you for your inquiry Patrick! One of our Patient Success Coordinators is going to reach out to you today to go over the easiest way for you to replenish your supplies. Feel free to call us at 518-500-0000 if any other questions come up down the road.
I am sorry, but we no longer do. We redirected our focus in recent years to being a sleep therapy, respiratory, and pharmacy services company. If you would like some suggestions on who might be able to dispense you one, feel free to call our office and they can provide you with some local names. All the best!
Hi Jean, we use a stationary concentrator for nocturnal use. For daytime oxygen, we do not use a portable oxygen concentrator. Instead we use the invacare homefill system where patients can fill their own tanks, providing an unlimited supply of lightweight oxygen. The HomeFill tanks are lighter than any portable oxygen concentrator on the market AND last longer. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to message us back or call us at 518-500-0000.
I’m sorry, but we do not carry these. You might want to try Marra’s in Cohoes. All the best!
Not sure. You may as the pharmacy part is still there. I would call first and double check.
