I have not received my mail in a week packages say delivered even to front porch at times but nothing has come. The only way to speak with someone about this is an automated system that says They will get back to me in a few days. My mailbox has even been left open on stormy days. There must be a new mail deliver person because my old mail woman was amazing!! We have not received 3 packages in the last week!! Please Help! Palatka Florida!!

Just trash,the lady gets smart when you ask questions about your mail,when you do get your mail it's dirty an half way open,she says just because you get a text saying that you have mail that doesn't mean you do, it can be weeks till u get a letter that says it's for that day,just trash

I'm not sure if there are a few drivers that deliver at my address or not but the few times I have received more than 3 packages at my address in one day I am expecting them and am watching the app all day to know when the mail person is out there and even when I'm out at my mail box and realize they couldn't fit it all in I am standing out there as they drive around again to deliver on the other side of the street and still they can't afford less than 30 seconds to hand me my other package that did not fit. Pure laziness. I am standing right there. This has happened more than once and it is ridiculous. Disappointed in the driver that drives my route. Whoever they are. Will be calling the office.
