Must be a new owner. Consigned here in the past and they were very nice and sold most of my clothes. Just brought a few in today and the woman with the spiked hair (matched her personality) very sharp rude tone , merchandise looked very tired and store not that kept up. Will never return to such a terrible management .

Not sure if it’s the new owner, but she’s a complete snip takes offense to any question regarding any article of clothing. It’s also noon and cannot break a 100 bill. Customer service is gone at this place. They also moved into a new store that could possibly be smaller than the last 🙄
