I have COPD and the cigarette smell in the room was so bad I could hardly breathe. My clothes smelled bad. Absolutely no hot water. Pipes under sink in the bathroom were wrapped in heating tape. Wires hanging out of the wall. Not enough outlets. Office would not pick up when called ,baseboards and walls very dirty. We were going to stay for 2 nights but stayed for one. Never will I ever stay there again 🤢😡

mgt means well, but such a strong cleanser smell, had to leave door open. 2nd floor ac dripped on ours on1st flr, noise too loud to sleep. Left at 2 am and drove home due ro thise 2 problems

It was great. Pillows were so soft. I slept good. I did not want to leave!

Unfortunately the stay was not great… my husband and I got stranded for the night and needed an inexpensive place to stay. We were immediately concerned about bed bugs when we saw a suspicious bug, and the next morning with fresh new bites all over it confirmed our suspicions. As we were checking for bed bugs we also found glitter which one can imagine where that came from. My husband is fairly confident he heard a rat/mouse during the night. The overall place just was dusty, a little grimy. While we were checking the bedding there we dark stains. Also we reserved a king room and got two full beds instead which was interesting. Lastly, the staff was nice, albeit they weren’t really clear when they provided the WiFi which network to connect to and that was confusing. Overall I don’t really recommend it but if you’re in a bind they have comfortable beds, we had hot water and functioning AC.
