I frequent this Goodwill and have experienced friendly staff and great prices.

I’m a great customer and come in all the time. I hope a district manager or management see this because you need a better system/policy in place for addressing these issues that I’ll describe now. I brought an item to the counter to purchase, apparently there were two tags on the item, one on top of the other. She insinuated that I swapped tags while in front of my 4 year old son & other customers, she pulled off the cheaper tag and I asked her if she’d honor the price since it was the tag showing, it was a $4 difference. She told me that would be stealing. How is that stealing if your employees tagged it that way? I can’t believe your employee would assume I did that and be so aggressive about it. It was embarrassing and offensive. My son had to use the restroom before we left, so as we walked back to the front of the store on the way out she looked us up and down and wouldn’t stop glaring. I’ve worked in high end retail and now fortunately own my own business, this is not a way to treat customers. I understand it’s hard to find employees these days, but lowering your standards to those who will drive your customers away is not in your best interest.

Goodwill is always a good place to find treasures. The problem is that the prices on the donated items has gotten super overpriced. The deals are not as good anymore.

They want practally brand new items. Refuse to take items that is still in decent condition. I am done supporting them. They are about money not the community.

All Goodwill stores and donation centers take Christmas.
No, they do not take donated mattresses anymore. Most thrift stores don't
I don't see why they wouldn't. They are educational and students may be able to use info for school. ☺
No
As an Optometric Technician, I would throw them away. Especially if expired.
