2 hour wait before food arrived. They were understaffed badly. By the time we got the food it was delicious. Spoke to a manager who was super kind about the situation and made it right. Servers were super kind. EDIT: can you add a Chromecast to the VIP room?

I was in the need for soup!!! I have never been there I was expecting take / not available. I love it!!!! The service was great and the waitress was patient enough to teach me. Next time I go with more time!!!!

Our host, Victor, was amazing!!! We had a party of 9 for lunch to celebrate my daughter's bday and he was very hospitable. He explained the process of cooking, self made 3 Boba drinks, created 7 different stock bases and surprised the bday girl with a candle in some mochi😊 Hands down Victor was wonderful and we will certainly return!

The place was big, and not very busy although there was a little bit of a wait to be seated. We still enjoyed ourselves very much. The food was good. The staff was nice and the price was decent.

They took our temperature when arriving, all the staff wore masks and the patrons wore masks when not at the table. I also saw them cleaning tables and chairs and door knobs
They started doing an all you can eat hot pot price at $24.95 a couple months ago.
