I ordered a large pie and wings. I was quoted 20-30 mins. 1.5hrs later I called to cancel and I was placed on hold for an exorbitant amount of time while they "looked up" my order. They then transferred me to a different location and I will NEVER order from them again. This is ridiculous

More a case of a Pizza chain archaeology department that unearths a specialty pizza from the ruins of an old Pizza Hut than anything else. It's so old you can see the stains on the carpet where the legendary All You Can Eat pizza lunch buffets were in the 90s and early 2000s, where hot dessert pies of apple and strawberry, topped with a icing instead of cheese, once sat. A year or two ago, you could eat over there, and it had the atmosphere you would expect if you took a time machine to the distant future and found a lost, buried Pizza Hut that hadn't been disturbed or cleaned since The Land Before Time toys were being giving away with their pizzas. That's off limits, now, so don't come for that. What's still there is their "The Edge" pie, which was better than I remember their fried crusted original pizzas being, but you will have to buy a whole jar of topping cheese or red pepper flakes to dump on it, since they don't have the classic Pizza Hut pepper packets, and I think they never had garlic or oregano. If they did, write your own review to correct me, but they don't anymore, and while standing in this echo of the past, you can't help but think whatever you're seeing now is all that there ever was. Don't forget that if you cannot get nuclear fuel for your DeLorean to get it home from here, the top of the hut gets struck by lightning at exactly midnight on prom night, so as long as you get Doc Brown to run some wire from there, you might make it.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza. Very little cheese on it. Chicken parmesan was burnt all around edges and pasta around edges too hard and crunchy. 8 PC. BBQ wings were actually 7 pcs. And 1 little disc sized piece. The manager invited us to order again with a discount. We did a week later. All of the items were fantastic. Very satisfied.

I cannot think of giving anything less than a 5 star. Every time I eat the pizza from this store I like it more. The cheese, sauces all the toppings are so perfectly put on top of a delicious bread that by looking at the pizza itself you'll feel that this is something going to linger in your taster buds. In addition to that they are apt on time all the time. I always drive through and never had to wait for a minute to get my order. I highly recommend this store.
