I worked at RuralCap in the purchasing department for about 5 years. The CEO makes about 287,000 a year. The COO, CFO and HR each makes around 175,000 a year. The salaries at the top are ludicrous. They are cutting benefits and making the employees pay more for the benefits because of financial reasons. When there is "excess" money they give bonuses to themselves. Ask "How many trips to Vegas did they go on before the Covid virus?" In my opinion, it is a scam on government money under the guise of "helping". I call BS! I worked there ..the public records is just that..public

I have see an watched certain staff steal an lie to acquire prime clothing an furniture for their own personal gain several times an have tried to report this . But to no avail. Corruption is acceptable to Mrs. Janet an maintenance to the muldoon facility an all who are in Safe Harbor a so called safe environment . They thieves an should be working for this type of system !!!
