Pay close attention to your to-go orders. This store is notorious for half filling bowls, leaving out items (like rice, beans and lettuce) with no explanation.

Pros: in-store orders Cons: Pickup/Delivery orders I have never had issues when I drive to the store and stand in line. The line moves quick, quality control is solid. However, I'm getting tired of doing pickup/delivery orders because they constantly give EXTREMELY small portions, and they've gotten the order wrong more than once.

Its been several times lately that the wht rice cilantro doesn't have lime taste andvthe rice it's very salty..I'm just giving up in chipotle.. the serving is still small for their pricing!

This place is an absolute mess. I go here just because of my kiddos.. When we go the serving area is dirty and messy with food.. No one cleaning the tables that has food all over it. The floor is filled with food, no one sweeping. It's just dirty. Note to manager, please appoint a staff to clean and sweep the dining area. Staff who are serving the food should be continuously cleaning the serving areas when serving customers. I felt so dirty being inside that we sat outside in the hot sun... We're gonna stop going here.
