I called the owner on a Monday due to the fact that my computer would no longer boot up. He saw me on Tuesday morning and did his 'MAGIC". He got the unit running and that was not the end of it. He also removed the GPU and CPU. Removed the old heat sink compound from both units and proceeded to totally clean them. Put everything back together and did a stress test on the components. Needless to say, it was an excellent experience. I now have a working unit once again and all of the above only took about an hour. AWESOME!!!
