This was our first time trying brick and barrel in Eustis. One of my first observations was how clean the place was! So much cleaner than the previous owners. They had a vegan appetizer which was a great surprise, very fresh and delicious! I was hesitant to order the red snapper but after speaking with the manager I decided to go for it. Also had an opportunity to speak with the chef and the vegetables were cooked perfectly, the snapper fresh and delicious. It was so wonderful eating food that wasn’t smothered and cheese or grease. The bar tender was excellent and more than willing to craft us a few specialty cocktail. We will be back!
