Steve, the manager, was shockingly rude! We had a service performed on one guitar. I thought it odd that he was extremely arrogant, rude and whistled loudly the entire time I was trying to communicate with him. When I returned to pick the guitar up and purchase a case, he tried to sell me a used item, literally torn down to the wood and tattered, declaring that they could not get new cases. I decided not to leave the second guitar for service due to Steve’s behavior. He began yelling, demanding to know why I elected not to have him restring the second guitar. He yelled repeatedly, saying to answer the question. After telling him I preferred not to do business with him, he became enraged, yelling the entire time I was leaving the store. Brent, the owner, apologized. Stating that he was surprised. After meeting a lady who opened her own shop as a result of Steve calling her the “c” word, 30 years ago, I realized that Brent simply doesn’t care!
