Absolutely the best accidental restaurant experience I've had in a long time. Actually intended on having a honeymoon dinner at another restaurant that was familar to us but unfortunately closed due to fire. Dissappointed with that, we walked across the street and ended up with an amazing surprise. The Food, fabulous. The bar and it's fare are to be remembered. The service, impeccable. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect. We had a truly great time and experience. So will you.

We were greeted by Zoe and taken to our table by Destiny. Both were so friendly. Our waiters were Dylan and Cameron and they were top notch. Our food was amazing and we loved every bite. We had a wonderful experience celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary! Would highly recommend 1961.

We were in town visiting, heard this place was good, so stopped in for lunch and had an absolutely awesome experience! Tammy was our waitress and she was fabulous! Funny, attentive, amazing service! The food was delicious and they surprised me with a birthday dessert... and the staff at the restaurant all signed a card! Have you ever gotten a birthday card at a restaurant?! Absolutely fantastic!

My sister made reservations for our group of 10 to celebrate my birthday. The staff at Nineteen61 made the night spectacular. They personalize my menu by wishing me a happy birthday, gave me a free glass of champagne, even gave me a card with the entire staff signing it! I have never had a restaurant do that. Our waiter Cody was super sweet and served me first every time. Between my family and the staff I felt so special. And then to top off the night we walk out of the restaurant and directly across is the park all lit up in fairy lights! It was a magical view. And most importantly the food! Holy moly, yum. Even if none of the spectacular service happened I would still go back just for the empanadas.
