Have to be the worst park in the city. I went there for a birthday party and with super young staff members, and the terrible management after I asked a manger named Scott got upset and told me that if I had a problem being told what to do by 15-16 year olds that I can leave. Very unprofessional and the party host for are party was rarely in the room and mostly socializing with other workers🤦🏾♀️

I was here with my family. My son is 7 year old , he Twisted his ankle on the trampoline we ask for some ice the Staff are not Trained not even one Grown-up on the shift all we see is young kids in their 16. They don’t care no management . I had to carry him on my back in my car and drove to the hospital. To the owner check the cameras and train your staff!

A child under 5 is 8.99 and parents get to go with them for 5.99 so it is decent..my 8 year old I pay 19.99. For me my teo ki is and another adult it is a little over 40 and i already have socks.

Hi Ashley! We have Jumperoo Monday and Friday from 10AM to noon. It’s for smaller kiddos only. During the week, the crowds are very light also. Saturday afternoons are not ideal for the younger kids. We do have a play area where bigger kids are not allowed, but Saturdays we reach full capacity. Hope to see you soon!
The memberships are Annual memberships. You pay every month. There are no options for less months or to pay all up front. There are 3 payment/play options- 1. Annual memberships, 2. Single experience ($$), 3. Group experience. Annual memberships allow the members to play anytime Urban Air is open for one monthly fee. A single experience is just for whomever is playing Today and is the most expensive option. A group experience offers a substantial discount to groups of 10+ at a planned time.
All the participants have to pay, + socks. Non-participants don't have to pay to enjoy being near the participants. Not even socks.
