I’ve experienced the worst customer service at this location. The so-called owner of this franchise is an embarrassment to Chick-Fil-A. He tried to argue with me when I told him my sandwich was cold and lied that its made to order. It’s a proven fact that the sandwich are not made to order. They keep the chicken filet in a warmer. That why it’s called fast food. The fries was over salted. I made sure to file a complaint with corporate. People that don’t demonstrate the values of Chick-Fil-A should not open a franchise. If you’re looking to be valued and respected as a customer don’t come to this location. A complete disgrace.

Very upsetting. Spent almost $60 worth on food to get more then 4 sandwiches not cooked fully. & soggy fries.

Great place to get chicken. I don't know how they do it but everybody else seems to have the worst employees and can't find good ones. But Chick-fil-A always seems to be packed with happy employees.
