Uncontrolled airport with a unicom channel. Chaos in the surrounding airspace, numerous near misses. Bad neighbors, with low flying aircraft and poorly administered noise abatement.

OBVIOUSLY THE EXECUTIVES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WHO approved larger and larger jets in and out of here DON'T LIVE IN THE FLIGHT PATH. The last two years have produced wealthier clientele and larger planes. The rest of us sorry people have to live underneath this crock of shizz

No you can not fly commercial from the Venice Airport. Charter only at Venice Airport. Nearest commercial airline Sarasota or Punta Gorda
Yes it is a Public use airport, but never seen any paramotors around. Would be better if you contact airport manager so that you can come in without having any problems.

No commercial flights out of Venice Municipal Airport. Try Punta Gorda or Sarasota.

Depends on your definition of large. There are no commercial flights. Lots of small aircraft and business jets. It's an uncontrolled airport, no tower.
