It never ceases to annoy me why on Earth it is so necessary for the receptionist to address me as MAAAAAM, not more than 1 minute after checking in. I have a name, why not just use it? Who decided that women are forever to be addressed with a snotty "MAAAM" wherever they go? There is nothing wrong with addressing someone with their name, people! I will say that the other ladies I interacted with were very kind and competent. Hopefully next time, I will be able to give you a five star rating.

If I could give a zero, I would. A year ago, I had a preventative dexa scan and they filed under the wrong code. I have called many, many times, wrote many, many letters and went in person and every single time they said they would fix it. It was covered by insurance 100% but because they filed it wrong, I have been billed every month with it not corrected. Now they are turning it over to collections. I will never darken their doors again. If they make a mistake on your bill, they will NEVER fix it.
