Yes, to use the indoor gym. The outdoor equipment is free. It's $5 a visit, but they have weekly, monthly, and yearly rates that are cheaper than MVP (now Genesis).
No, but if you are staying with someone that lives in the Villages you can get a guest pass.
As long as he does not live in the three county area of FL around The Villages. Go to The Villages website. Enter the data and pick up the card in 2-3 days.
