Had to write this glowing review for Executive Electronic and tech Kevin. It's a Sunday afternoon and I'm trying to program something into my security system the EE manages. Followed instructions in the manual several times and it wouldn't work. Called the EE main number on the remote chance that I could get my way to some tech help. The phone was answered promptly and the person said a tech would get right back to me. Sure enough, Kevin called right back, told me exactly how to do what I was trying to do, and waited to confirm that it worked - which it did. You just don't see customer service like this must any more - especially on the weekend. Huge thanks to Kevin and Executive Electronics!!!
