My mother in Law went there about 2 years ago to get a partial denture… I drove further from my house because they were the only ones open around strict covid protocols and she needed a partial denture badly so we decided to go there. She is allowed one partial denture once every 5 years with her insurance. I couldn’t figure out when after 6 months it was loose and coming out constantly. They said no worries and put a liner in. She struggled with it the whole time. She was not eating and the receptionist said earliest could put her in was in a month from now. After all this time I finally got a few second opinions because I couldn’t believe that it was NOT A REAL DENTURE!!!!!! It was only a healing denture which is only supposed to last 6 months, they charged her insurance over $3,000 and we had to pay $400 out of pocket. I got several opinions because I just couldn’t believe someone would do this. Staff was nice but this is shady. We now are paying out of pocket $1,235 at another office for an actual denture. Yes we could get a cheaper one for $400 but I felt so bad putting her through this so I got her the best quality after this struggle. I know she doesn’t speak English well but this is no way to take advantage of her, I am truly disgusted. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

casey was very attentive and kind. i was in such a bad state when i arrived but she made me feel comfortable. i will definitely go back and have them help me further. Dr De La Torre was quick and efficient; it couldn't have went better, i didn't feel a thing. thank you for making me feel beautiful. -cat

I arrived for my appointment 15 min prior an completed the paper work as asked an within 10 mins I was already being seen and taken care of by DA-Casey she made options an the whole process crystal clear an we were done with the tire or deal within 45 mins I was surprised to see how fast I was in an out plus how professional there employees are I highly recommend them to anyone needing dentist’s.
