Great owner: very knowledgeable and friendly. My sewing machine is working well.

I dropped my Riccar vacuum off a year ago. I went by, called, left messages for MONTHS and finally had to move 8 months later. He never returned a call, answered the door or any communication. It was an $800 vacuum only 3 years old in for a tune up. I am beyond frustrated and going to report it to the BBB as well, as it's essentially theft. Super frustrated. 8/1/2022 As you see the owner responded. Not only has he never called me back, (I've left VM's and notes on his door) but he never tried to call me back from the note he says he found. I can confirm his doors were never open when I went. Locked and no one answered. I am not ashamed or embarrassed of my accurate and valid description of my interaction, and lack thereof, with the store owner. Also, his degrading name calling of a "Riccar" vacuum as "junked out" (3 years old and in excellent condition other than the sound) I am sorry he wasn't able to return my beautiful vacuum and accept responsibility for not giving it back to me. I wouldn't have called it theft if he had EVER made contact with me to return this vacuum. If you would like to not have it theft then contact me and I"ll let you take it to a friend in the area. The least you could do is return my NON junked out machine.

Great work. Repairing Janome sewing machine
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
A dremel tool is indispensable when struggling with stripped screws. I'm glad we were able to rectify your issue. Thanks!
In a word, yes. Your Kenmore machine was most likely manufactured by Janome Corp., which is a company that makes high quality sewing machines. Worth maintaining in working condition.
I repair all brands, including Pfaff, but if your machine is under warranty I would suggest that you take it to a Pfaff warranty station.
He works on everything! Carl is great. If he can't fix it he'll tell you if you need to take ur elsewhere and where that works be. He will also tell you if it's worth fixing or not. He doesn't try to sell you anything just to make a sale either. Oh, one thing you might need to know is he does NOT take plastic. It's cash out checks only
Estimates are free. I'll look at it, tell you what it needs, you tell me what you want done. Best to have me service it before you use it. Lubricants dry up and metal oxidizes in storage.
