We never met or seen any staff members and all amenities were closed. So we thought it would be different the next day. It wasn't..it is convenient though.

Nice spaces for any size rigs but no amenities:( Hard to call yourself a premier resort without amenities. My son was disappointed.

The park is nice, big spacious newer spots, paver patio, big rig friendly too. But for paying close to $400 dollars for a long weekend you would expect the pool, clubhouse and fitness center to be open, but it was all closed. My kids were very disappointed.

We absolutely love this resort! We moved from CA with our 5th wheel to see if St. Augustine is the area we want to make our permanent home so we are staying here as we sort through that and this place has been awesome! We've watched them totally remodel and make it so pretty and comfortable! The maintenance team is awesome.....power outage at our spot on labor day long weekend with my husband not in the area to help. I called their emergency after hours number and it was taken care of in no time! The office staff, Theresa & Halie are absolutely the best!! The most friendly staff around are found at this resort. It is so easy to be full-time rv'ers with all the comforts and amenities that we have here. You won't be disappointed staying here! Oh, and close to everything you might need. ~Dawn & Max Hernandez

Your best bet is to call the office and check with them. I was only there for a week.
Sure just call ahead to speak with the office an make reservation.
I believe it's about $475/mo plus utilities, If you get a long term spot. The regular rv spots you pay by the day and it gets expensive fast. Always call and try to book ahead of time. All rates just increased recently
Great rv resort if they ever get the pool open. Been here 3 weeks left and returned and it still isn't open. Rates are about the same as everywhere else. The paver patios are more than the graveled patio sites.
I just stayed there, not the owner.
We do not offer tent camping here except during bike week even then it is very limited.
